Our Compliance audits are intended to allow Landlords, Managing Agents and Facilities Managers to establish a "peace of mind" for the premises that they are responsible for. Compliance audits are a good way for you to ensure you comply with relevant health & safety law. The audit is a detailed examination of the records, policies and procedures relating to a particular site. We work with you to establish which areas are being well managed and which areas need improvement. As part of the audit, we create a health and safety improvement plan to help you to improve safety at the premises that you manage. It's not all negative, we also point out those areas that you are already managing well.
