Fire Safety – the things we see (Part 2)

Oddly, people seem to be far too happy to have a high fire loading in their premises. The following pictures are just some simple examples of instances where too much rubbish is being stored. Solution? Get a skip in!

A shop refurbishment in progress (or an arsonist’s delight).

A room full of fire risks. The owner claimed he knew where everything was … not a chance.

The Picture above shows a few serious issues: lots of combustible waste being stored inside the premises; the lid not being closed (to limit oxygen in case of smolder); and the fire door being wedged by the waste – allows fire and smoke to spread freely! In the case of the last Picture: Get the skip out!
