Mental health first aid training (2 days)

Mental Health First Aid training equips attendees with the skills, confidence and knowledge to recognise the signs of mental health issues, provide initial support, and guide individuals toward appropriate professional help. This training is designed to strengthen your organisation’s wellbeing culture, reduce stigma, and support your workforce to foster a positive health and safety culture.

This mental health first aid training will cover:

  • Recognising the signs of struggle or poor mental health

  • Wellbeing and self-care tools 
  • The role of the mental health first aider

This course is suitable for employers looking to improve mental health support in the workplace. It is suitable for all levels in the workplace, from site supervisors, site managers, operatives, HR representatives and administrative staff. No prior mental health first aid awareness experience is required.  

On completion of this course, you will be a qualified mental health first aider, with certification. By attending, you will be well equipped to make a real and practical difference on the ground by responding to signs of poor mental health with confidence.
